PIP Clifford Pierce Memorial Honor
Clifford Pierce was the first Tennessee Lion to serve as president of Lions International. When PIP Pierce took office, the Lions had only launched just twenty-nine years earlier. Yet, the Lions had become a notable resource for the communities they served. According to an article from the Aspen Times, PIP Pierce noted that the Lions had "shown vigorous progress year by year, without exception, until Lions International today is a mighty force for service and constructive action…"
A $500 donation in the memory of a fallen Lion will be used to help Tennessee Lions Charities continue our mission and service to Tennessee’s Lions and Tennesseans.
Every fallen Lion who receives a PIP Clifford Pierce Memorial Honor will have their photos displayed on the PIP Clifford Pierce Wall of Service at the Tennessee Lions headquarters!
