KidSightPlus is designed for children in grades 1-12.   

 

Consent forms are not required for KidSightPlus, but we have some available if schools do not have consent protocols in place.  Review the KidSightPlus Protocols section below before beginning a KidSightPlus screening.  If you have questions, please email or call the KidSight offices.
